The partners also visited the San Luis Lumad Community High School, a school of living traditions (SLT) in Agusan del Sur, for a cross-learning activity on indigenous histories, cultures, and traditions that continuously shape peace-building efforts in Mindanao.

The Civil Society, Women and Youth Promoting Culture of Peace in Mindanao, Philippines (BRIDGE) Project is an European Commission-funded Action that aims to contribute to reducing drivers of chronic conflict and violence in Moro and Lumad communities, through the strengthened capacities of civil society organizations and youth and women’s groups in Mindanao. It is implemented by the CARE Philippines and Oxfam Pilipinas consortium with ACCORD Incorporated and Community Organizers Multiversity.
