💡 Social Enterprise Spotlight: GlowCorp champions gender- and care-responsive practices. 

As a social enterprise, GlowCorp implements inclusive employment through non-discrimination in hiring and promotion, flexible work arrangements, and emergency caregiving leave. 

GlowCorp is part of WEE Connect, a community of practice (CoP) that strengthens gender perspective and drives conversations on possible action points about gender and unpaid care and domestic work (UCDW) in the context of social enterprises. This CoP is facilitated by Institute for Social Entrepreneurship in Asia (ISEA) through the Empower Her project led by Oxfam Pilipinas.
